What's your real MOQ?

500 units when the structure uses tooling we already hold — folding cartons on a stock die, rigid boxes on a stock mould. A brand-new structure needs its own cutting die, so it starts at 5,000–10,000 units. Tell us your target quantity: if your run is below our floor, we say so in the first reply and point you to digital-print suppliers who handle 10–500 units.

How long does a sample take — honestly?

Three tiers, and we tell you which one you are in before you pay. Unprinted structure on a stock die: 7–10 days door to door. Printed sample on a stock die: 12–16 days. Printed sample on a brand-new structure (new cutting die required): 18–24 days. All figures include DHL Express to your door and assume artwork is approved on day one. Chinese New Year and the October holiday add 1–3 weeks.

How long does a full order take?

Quote 24 h. Production 15–20 working days for folding cartons, 20–30 for rigid boxes, counted from artwork approval — not from payment. Transit adds 5–10 days by air or 25–40 by sea. A first order typically lands in 60–90 days; a reorder in 30–45.

How do samples work?

$147 sample kit including DHL to your door, credited toward your first order. Twelve days, door to door.

How do you handle payment?

30% to start, 70% after you approve the pre-shipment inspection report. Escrow accepted on first orders.

What shipping terms?

FOB Shenzhen or DDP to your door. We quote both, you compare.

Can I visit or tour the factory?

Yes. Live video tours any working day; in-person visits welcome with one week's notice.

What if the batch arrives wrong?

Remake or refund — in writing, before production starts. Ask for the clause in your quotation.

Will my designs stay confidential?

NDA before artwork changes hands. Factories in our network never see your brand name.

Do you do eco packaging?

FSC-certified board, recycled content up to 100%, soy inks. EU PPWR guidance included.
